World Mental Health Day - Self-Compassion
It was World Mental Health Day on 10th October so this week we have been talking about ways we can look after our mental health with sleep, exercise and diet. We have also seen how self-compassion is something we all need to practise, so each day we have been completing gratitude and mood records. I have attached copies of these in case your child would like to continue this positive activity alongside a link to the story that was used to introduce the theme.
