Eco-Competition

The bus shelter outside school has become a great way to involve the whole community with activities going on in school.
We would like your help by coming up with an idea for decorating the bus shelter with the theme of saving the Earth. You might want to pass on a message about recycling or saving water or anything that can get the community thinking about the future of the planet and their responsibility in caring for it.
This will be a competition and there will be prizes with the winner having their design recreated in the bus shelter. Entrants need to detail their idea on a piece of paper, this maybe a poster which we will recreate in a larger format or have 3D elements which we can involve the whole school in making. There is an entry fee of £1 payable via ParentPay and these funds will be used by the School Council. Please pass all entries to Mrs Foulke. We can't wait to see your ideas. The closing date is Wednesday 5th May.

Congratulations and welcome to our new School Councillors:
Faith, Hannah, Hannah, Josh, Grace, Barney and Mary.
Many thanks to everyone that entered the Christmas poster competition. All of the entries were amazing and the school councillors had a tricky job judging them. We had 45 entries and with Friends kindly doubling this we have raised an amazing £90 for the school council - fantastic! The winning entries can be found on the home page of each class and the overall winner on the school welcome page. Well done to all the entrants and winners and thank you.
