Falcon class blog

The Tempest

Last week, the Falcons wrote and performed their own poems based on a storm that takes place in our novel, The Boy With the Bronze Axe.

The children used the description from the book to write their own poem.  Each poem was three stanzas long, describing the build up, main body and consequences of the storm.  They then got into groups and chose one person's poem to perform.  Their mission was to represent the storm and produce a dramatic performance!

They all did an amazing job!  I hope your enjoy watching the videos below.  Please leave a comment, telling the children what you liked.
