![]() This week in Eagles class has been a very busy week because it's Peace week! The whole school has been working hard to produce some amazing work about peace, inspired by the Eagles R.E topic about Mahatma Gandhi . Gandhi was a man that wanted to stop violence in the world and wanted peace instead. In every class the children voted or the teachers picked two very calm and peaceful children from each year to be a "Peace Ambassador". These people ran assembly all week and made a brilliant job of it. Our peace leaders this year are James, Ella, Charlotte, Alfie , Ellia, Ellis, Evie K, Scarlet, Lexie and Connor. Everyone has done lots of activities such as making a fact file about Mahatma Gandhi, writing a letter to Miss Hunt about trying to stop bullying and creating a peace week, writing poems about bringing peace to the world and to our school and making posters about stopping bullying. What an amazing week!

What a fantastic week you all inspired with your letters to Miss Hunt. Lexie and Evie were great as peace ambassadors. I am really impressed by your depth of thought and consideration.
