This week we have been working hard on the school play, trying to learn as much as we can before we take a break to go to White hall. We have all been wearing pedometers in school and at home to monitor how many steps we take. Our target is 10,000 steps a day which is quite a long way! On Monday we will look at our totals and work out who did most steps and what the average was etc.

This week we have started to rehearse for our school performance. It is hard work learning all the songs and words but it will be worth it in the end. We have been writing stories in Literacy based on the Michael Morpurgo story the Giant's necklace. On Friday morning Oliver and Seb brought in their cups and championship shield that they won in their football club for coming runners up in the league. Well done to them! On Friday afternoon we had a school celebration because it is the Queen's official 90th birthday on Saturday. We started with Collective worship then we had a big party with films, dancing, games and, of course cake!
